Prusa Double-sided Powder-coated Satin Spring Steel Sheet:
MK52 Heatbed har indbygget høj Curie temperatur magneter. Disse magneter er i stand til at holde fast i aftagelige fjederstålplader. Satin steel sheet udvider Prusa’s line-up af printoverflade ark yderligere. Med hensyn til 3Dprint egenskaber ligger Satin sheet mellem de glatte PEI og textured varianter. Dens pulverlakerede overflade med let tekstureret mat finish giver et optimalt niveau af vedhæftning, især ved udskrivning af PLA– og PETG-materialer.
Satin sheet er fuldt kompatibelt med en bred vifte af almindelige og mindre almindelige filamenter, såsom ABS, ASA, Flex, Polycarbonat og meget mere. Langt de fleste materialer kan udskrives uden et adskillelseslag (f.eks. lim).
Polycarbonat (Nylon) – udskriver bedre på satin. (sammenlignet med glatte og teksturerede ark)
Ved ofte udskrivning med PC anbefales det at bruge lim for at forhindre mulig skade på arket.
